Join us for an intense cardio kickboxing session in the pool where we will perform arm, leg, chest, back and core strengthening exercises while staying at a cardiovascular training and fat burning level. This will be combined with Aquatic Pilates moves to further strengthen your core. We will use a variety of pool tools to enhance your workout. If you think the pool can only provide a low intensity therapeutic work out---- think again!
