A personal trainer will take you through a varied workout using machines and props on the fitness floor. Class meets in Strive room.
8:30 am - 9:30 am - Yoga Level 1
For the new and continuing student. This class focuses on the fundamental postures, breathing and alignment. Basic standing poses, seated poses, simple balance poses, and supported inversions are explored with the use of props and modifications. Principles of breathing, meditation and relaxation are explored.
9:00 am - 10:00 am - Cardio Ball
"Have a ball" and enjoy a creative aerobic workout using balls as a prop.
9:40 am - 10:40 am - Yoga Level 1-2
For continuing students wanting a bit more challenge. This class builds on the Level 1 experience, refining the basics and adding in revolved poses, back bending, flow and inversions. Deepening breath work, meditation and relaxation as well.

The ultimate low impact workout! This is a cycling class led by an instructor. Each participant can control his or her own speed and tension to truly cuctomize the class to their level. Cover hills, sprints, jumps, and interval train to achieve the perfect workout.

9:00 am - Pilates Intermediate Mat
Building on Essential Mat, this class will continue at a quicker pace with less time between exercises and introduce intermediate level progressions.
9:15 am - 10:00 am - Zumba
Dance your way to fitness in this Latin inspired cardio dance class.
10:00 am - 11:00 am - Definition
A dynamic group training class, using traditional barbell lifting techniques to firm your entire body while building muscle endurance.
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm - Express 30 Minute Workout
A personal trainer will take you through a varied workout using machines and props on the fitness floor. Class meets in Strive room.
